SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method of selecting forms of cultural flax on the resistance to endometrial fatigue for various cultivation zones, including preparation in a laboratory of an inoculum enriched with its own flax toxins, its introduction into soil, sowing seeds, growing plants, assessing resistance, selecting resistant plants, wherein preparation of the inoculum is carried out by soaking healthy flax seeds with water with the addition of a small portion of soil taken from the test site, at treatment rate of 1 m2 section uses 700 seeds per 2 l of tap water with addition of 100 g of soil, leaving the mixture for microbiological hydrolysis and fermentation at room temperature until the end of the release of gases from the hydrolyzate, which is a fermented aqueous suspension of lax seeds of flax, introduction of inoculum into soil is carried out by uniform irrigation of experimental section with obtained hydrolyzate to depth of seeding before sowing or during sowing and additionally during vegetation at that phase of development of flax plants, mainly on which is manifested flax sickness in a specific cultivation zone: in a sprout, herringbone, budding, flowering, seed formation or filling stage.

EFFECT: invention enables efficient selection of flax plants for resistance to flax sickness for different cultivation zones.
