FIELD: agriculture, in particular, plant growing. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing basic soil cultivation in autumn and presowing soil cultivation in spring; treating seeds; providing pregerminating harrowing and caring for sprouts including treatment of sprouts with mixture of protecting and stimulating substance - succinic acid at the rate of 1-10 mg/hectare with herbicide; setting consumption rate of working fluid of 200-400 l/hectare at "herringbone" phase. Method allows resistance of fiber flax to unfavorable weather conditions to be increased and accumulation of preparation in plants to be eliminated. EFFECT: increased flax seed and straw yield, improved quality of product, increased efficiency and reduced consumption of preparation, increased safety for environment, reduced expenses for purchase or producing of preparation.
