System of continuous heat treatment of wastes for sanitary treatment of wastes or for decontamination of infectious-hazardous wastes includes waste treatment chamber; device for supply of heat by means of microwave generators; device for transporting by means of a movable floor, resting on the bottom of the chamber, comprising a set of planks arranged in parallel and forming said floor; control system for alternate movement of planks; and device for isolation of wastes and vapours released from them, located inside said chamber. Also disclosed are versions of plants for continuous treatment of wastes, use of disclosed system for sanitary treatment of wastes, as well as for decontamination of infectious-hazardous wastes, such as medical wastes.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides reduced adhesion of sticky wastes to conveyor device, as well as prevention of blocking conveyor device.
