FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electronic equipment, namely to collectors of super-high frequency (SHF) O-type devices with recuperation of residual energy of electron beam. Collector with recuperation of energy of the microwave device includes a metal cylindrical housing with a closed end face, the inner surface of which is current-absorbing. On the inner lateral current-absorbing surface of the housing there are identical uniformly arranged longitudinal projections, the height of each of which on the side of the inlet of the collector is less than its height on the opposite side.
EFFECT: reduction of total kinetic energy of collision of electrons with current-absorbing surface of collector, uniform distribution of heat load and increase in efficiency of energy recovery process.
