FIELD: construction; mining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mining and construction, in particular to production of technical soil used for reclamation of disturbed quarrying plots of all categories and types of economic use, except for lands of water fund, specially protected natural territories, residential zones of settlements, water protection zones of surface water bodies and zones of sanitary protection of water intakes, at technical stage of reclamation for agricultural, forestry, nature protection, sanitary-hygienic and construction directions of reclamation. Technical ground "Fisht-Grunt" Techno grade is produced by utilization of wastes of IV-V hazard classes and contains components at the following ratio, vol. %: macadam-sand mixture of construction waste 50–57, soil wastes 33–40, crushed wood wastes 3–10.
EFFECT: obtaining homogeneous and environmentally safe technical soil for reclamation of disturbed lands.
