FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and chemical machine building and can be used as a locking and control device on pipelines transporting aggressive working medium, for example, oil with high volumetric content of CO2 and H2C, process water under pressure of up to 35 MPa, as well as for shutting off channels of wellhead valves of fountains, pump and injection wells. Full-passage gate valve is formed of two half-bodies made without flange, with through holes with seats, between the half-bodies there is a cavity, in which, with possibility of rotation in its plane, a gate with a gear rim interacting with the drive shaft, in the half-bodies there are through coaxial holes, on the external surfaces of the half-bodies there are blind threaded holes, through coaxial holes and blind threaded holes are made at the same distance from the axis of the through hole.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at creation of a universal full-passage gate valve characterized by low metal consumption, small dimensions and ease of manufacture.
