FIELD: pipelines.

SUBSTANCE: regulated throttle relates to shutoff and control valves, which can be used to control flow rate or shutoff of liquid flow (water, oil, gasoline, etc.) in high pressure pipelines (up to 70 MPa). Adjustable throttle comprises a housing with a through passage, in the housing boring under the cover there is a cartridge formed by a guide and a seat, on which ring rings are installed in the annular grooves, in the guide there is a rod with a self-aligning needle, on side wall of seat there is an outlet hole, which is aligned with passage channel of housing by means of landmark, in housing, on opposite side relative to cartridge, there is a tachometric flow meter with radial-axial turbine in through channel, equipped with cover of flow meter.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplification of controlled throttle manufacturing and repair or maintenance, at that, accuracy of liquid flow rate adjustment is increased.
