FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: valve consists of two semibodies coupled with each other. A gate is installed in the boring of one of the semibodies, is fitted by the internal radius boring in which gear notches are provided and the teeth of a driving shaft passing through the notches are kinematically coupled with them, a centre pad with a plain bearing inside is located inside the latter boring. The end of the driving shaft is fitted by a hole where a ball thrusting upon the internal conical boring in the centre pad housing is placed. The end face of the centre pad is provided with cross grooves and the cylindrical surface - with longitudinal grooves to deliver lubricant from an oiler to the interacting surfaces of the gearing. The gate is installed on a rotation axis and comprises recesses at the periphery of the radius boring. Spring-loaded seats are mounted in the axial channels of the semibodies and are pressed to the gate to ensure leakproof contact. Opening and closing of a working medium flow is provided by the gate rotating on the axis at the driving shaft rotation. Mechanical impurities and scale present in the lubricant are collected in the recesses at the periphery of the radius boring.
