FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve devices for pneumatic systems with incombustible gas and can be used, in particular, in balloon systems of fire extinguishing with inert gas. Created technical solution, due to combination of its essential features reflected in the claim, allows to produce the specified result by making the inlet connection of the housing of the device on one axis with the housing, and outlet branch pipe – with possibility of attachment to it of device for filling of emptied container with new portion of inert gas, and also due to execution in through bottom of breech bar of through groove, directly connecting pressure chamber of device with excitation, and, further, by making the valve itself and its seat in the inlet pipe with the possibility of forming a force of action of a new portion of gas on the gate for filling it with a depleted container, lifting the gate above the seat for transporting this portion of gas from the drencher chamber of the outlet branch pipe of the device into the injection chamber of its inlet branch pipe. Supply of the device with the other appliance for control over the serviceability of the shut-off device, detachably connected to one of the device branch pipes, allows improving its reliability. Providing the shut-off and start-up device with a device for controlling pressure of inert gas in the reservoir, for example, in the form of a pressure gauge or an electronic sensor, enables to control the presence of pressure in the capacity of the device and its value, including remotely. Any of the drives, electromagnetic, or pneumatic, or hand-held, can be used as a drive of the device to ensure operation of the device in different conditions.

EFFECT: technical result achieved by invention consists in provision of periodic filling of device capacity with new portion of inert gas after its emptying without its dismantling and actuator switching, thus reducing time costs during fire extinguishing for refilling of this capacity with new portion of gas, as well as high reliability, durability of the device as a whole and efficiency of its use.
