FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dimensional electrochemical treatment of metals. Device contains electrodes-tools with elements for their fastening, elements for fixing a workpiece of a blade, including a replaceable cassette for installing the workpiece with fixing its fastening elements and current lead. Device is provided with a cylindrical body, inside which there is a holder of the replaceable cassette, which is designed movable in a body along the vertical axis. Holder consists of cylindrical-shaped upper and lower plates rigidly connected to one another and provided with O-rings to move the holder within the body. Electrode-tools are located coaxially and perpendicular to the vertical axis, each electrode tool is made detachable. Cylindrical body, cassette holder and sealing caps of the electrode-tools form a sealed cavity with high pressure of electrolyte in the treatment zone and mutual mobility of the electrode-tools and cassette. On the body there are inlet and outlet collectors for electrolyte.

EFFECT: invention ensures the tightness of the working chamber, as well as the quick change of the cassette and the dry current lead to the cassette outside the working chamber.
