FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical processing of metals and alloys and can be used for making the gas turbine blades with two butts. In compliance with this method, the blade is formed at voltage feed to electrodes-tools and blade billet through electrode gap and driving said electrodes-tools in sync discrete steps with intermittent probing of said blade. Note here that direction of displacement of said electrodes-tools is set to make acute angle α with blade axis with vertex facing the blade shroud. Blade billet is fitted in device cassette for fastening thereat. Electrolyte is fed across blade root profile lengthwise axis directly to machined part while forming is performed with the help of four electrodes-tools. First, blade root profile section, transition radii conjugated therewith and root shroud are machined by two electrodes-tools. Then cassette with blade billet is turned through 180 degrees relative to one of horizontal axes, electrodes-tools are replaced to machine remainder blade root part, transition radii conjugated therewith and second root shroud are machined by two electrodes-tools.

EFFECT: higher precision of machining.
