FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermoplastic rubber with reduced permanent deformation. Thermoplastic rubber consists of 100 pts.wt. hydrogenated block-copolymer of styrene-butadiene-styrene or styrene-isoprene-styrene with bound styrene content of 20–40 wt%, 25–100 pts.wt. polypropylene, 10–200 pts.wt mineral oil, 0.8–7 pts.wt. organic peroxide, 1–12 pts.wt. co-agent of peroxide vulcanization, which is triallyl cyanurate, or triallyl isocyanurate, or oligoester acrylates containing at least two acrylate or methacrylate groups, and 0.3–5 pts.wt. divinylbenzene.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain thermoplastic rubber with low residual deformation (40–55 % at holding for 504 hours) at compression at high temperatures (more than 115 °C).
