SUBSTANCE: system of conjugation of a breast pad comprises a first breast pad made with the ability to be attached by adhesion to the female breast; an extended flexible drain tube communicating with the first breast pad and having a sufficient length to transport milk from the first breast pad to a remote location at the opening of the second breast pad and/or adapter made with the ability to be mounted inside the opening of the second breast pad which is a part of the breast pump, and a connector . The extended flexible drain tube is connected with its first end to the first breast pad and has a sufficient length to ensure movement of the first breast pad independently from the second breast pad so the breast can be free from the mass of the expressed milk and the weight of the container for milk collection. The connector is connected to the second end of the extended flexible drain tube and is made with the ability of connection to the opening of the second breast pad and/or the adapter. The breast pump, the device for expressing breast milk, and the method of expressing milk from the breast are disclosed.
