FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for high-performance test (HTT) high-performance liquid chromatography for testing samples of pharmaceutical compositions. Method of carrying out HPLC with high throughput comprises: lowering containers with pre-weighed samples into plastic flasks; adding the solution to each set from the container and the flasks through the dispensing nozzle of the flasks; agitation of each set of a plastic flask, a container and a solution until dissolving the sample; centrifuging each set of plastic flask, container and solution; loading an aliquot of the supernatant obtained at the centrifugation step into an HPLC column; and starting column with movable phase.
EFFECT: possibility of measuring a large volume of samples and high accuracy.
