FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a means of activating or enhancing a cystic fibrous transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) in a patient. As such, it is proposed to use 9,10-dimethoxy-2-(2,4,6-trimethylphenylimino)-3-(N-carbamoyl-2-aminoethyl)-3,4,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-pyrimido[6,1-a]isoquinolin-4-one or a salt thereof (versions), use thereof for producing a medicament for the same purpose and a corresponding method (versions). Disclosed are compositions of 9,10-dimethoxy-2-(2,4,6-trimethylphenylimino)-3-(N-carbamoyl-2-aminoethyl)-3,4,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-pyrimido[6,1-a]isoquinolin-4-one with a leukotriene receptor antagonist or CFTR potential (corrector) (versions) and a product for activating or enhancing CFTR (versions).
EFFECT: proposed 9,10-dimethoxy-2-(2,4,6-trimethylphenylimino)-3-(N-carbamoyl-2-aminoethyl)-3,4,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-pyrimido[6,1-a]isoquinolin-4-one is effective in CFTR mutations and does not cause diarrhea; invention can be used in treating colitis, Crohn's disease, gluten's disease, irritable colon syndrome, disturbed absorption of bile acid or diverticulitis, cystic fibrosis, pancreatitis and Sjögren's syndrome.
