SUBSTANCE: invention relates to active message delivery means. Server is sent a request for a list of messages and a list of target messages is received, respectively, returned by the server. Request list of messages, at least, contains information of request source, list of target messages contains at least one target message, which must be actively delivered, and corresponding condition for active message delivery initiation, and the condition for initiating active message delivery is a corresponding local status indicator when the target message is initiated for active delivery, wherein the local status is at least one of the local client device operating state and the client local application environment. Message display interface is formed in accordance with the target message, which corresponds to the local application environment for active delivery of the target message when the local status is tracked as satisfying the active delivery initiating condition for the target message.

EFFECT: technical result is improved accuracy of message delivery.
