FIELD: metrology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for high-precision measurement of static and dynamic pressure. Device comprises metal cavity in form of limiting waveguide, for which frequency of excited electromagnetic waves in it is selected below minimum excitation frequency in waveguide of propagating electromagnetic waves, with one resilient end wall connected by means of excitation element of electromagnetic oscillations with generator of electromagnetic oscillations of fixed frequency and by means of electromagnetic oscillation pickup element with detector, output connected to recorder. Limit waveguide is U-shaped, in which the other end wall is made elastic, and excitation element of electromagnetic oscillations and element of electromagnetic oscillations removal are located in central part of U-shaped limiting waveguide.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of application limits of device and increase of its sensitivity.
