FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite dispersed-hardened materials for electric breaking contacts and can be used in production of switching equipment, railway and municipal electric transport, etc. Proposed method comprises the following steps: (A) melting the alloy containing the following components, in wt. %: Tin 0.1–0.2, Aluminum 0.15–0.3, Copper - the rest; (B) milling alloy to produce chips; (B) oxidation of alloy from step (B) at temperature of 280–320 °C; (D) mechanical grinding of alloy from step (B) to produce powder with average particle size of not more than 60 mcm; (D) annealing alloy powder from step (D) at temperature of 900–970 °C, (E) simultaneous pressing and sintering of powder from step (D) by passing current at pressing with pressure of not less than 80 MPa with current density of 80–130A/mm2.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain material with high specific electric conductivity.
