FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for restoration of blood circulation in liver transplantation in abnormal structure of arterial bed of liver transplant. Gastric-duodenal artery of the recipient is transected. Carrel platform is formed from one portion of the stump of the gastroduodenal artery and the common hepatic artery of the recipient extending from the celiac shaft. After connecting the blood flow through the portal vein, the main anastomosis is formed between the Carröl platform and a similar site made of the common hepatic and gastroduodenal arteries of the donor. Additional anastomosis is applied between the aberrant right or left hepatic arteries of the implanted liver with the rest of the stump of the gastroduodenal artery of the recipient.
EFFECT: method allows improving arterial blood supply of transplanted liver.
