METHOD FOR PANCREATIC TRANSPLANTATION WITH FORMATION OF PAPILLODUODENAL ANASTOMOSIS Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A61B17/32

Abstract RU 2599376 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, surgery. Method for pancreatic transplantation involves pre-transplantation vascular reconstruction. Platform is formed around the large and the small duodenal papillae of the duodenum by cutting off excess intestinal wall at the distance of 2-3 cm. Vascular anastomoses are formed. Intestinal anastomosis is formed by two-row blanket or circular machine stitch. Wound drainage and suturing are performed.

EFFECT: method reduces the risk of developing infectious complications, especially in the conditions of conducted immunosuppression.
