FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing alkyllithium in a hydrocarbon solvent. Method involves reaction of lithium metal with halide alkyl with subsequent separation of formed lithium chloride slurry from alkyllithium solution by filtration or settling. After completion of the reaction of alkyl halide with lithium metal, an alcoholate of an alkali or mixed alcoholate of alkali and alkali-earth metals is added to the reaction mass in molar ratio alkyllithium : alcoholate equal to 1.0:(0.025–0.009). Alcoholate used is N,N,N',N'-tetra(sodium oxypropylate)ethylenediamine or mixed sodium-calcium alcoholate, where alcohol component is N,N,N',N'-tetra(oxypropylate)ethylenediamine and tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol or mixed sodium-calcium alcoholate, where alcohol component is oxypropylated aniline or oxypropylated toluidine.
EFFECT: disclosed method enables to obtain an end product which does not contain a heterogeneous phase.
