SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for producing polyvalent alkoxy-containing mixed alcoholates usable in the (co)polymerisation of conjugated dienes and vinylaromatic compounds as modifiers of organo-lithium initiators. The method consists in an interaction of a mixture of ethyl cellosolve, butyl cellosolve or oxypropylated glycerin (Laprol-373), and an amino-containing alcohol selected from N,N,N’,N’-tetra(β-oxypropyl)ethylenediamine (lapramol-294), oxypropylated aniline, and oxypropylated toluidine, in an equivalent ratio (ethyl cellosolve, butyl cellosolve or oxypropylated glycerin) : amino-containing alcohol of 1.0:1.0, with sodium, potassium, barium metal hydroxides or a mixture thereof at an equivalent ratio of the hydroxyl group : metal hydroxides of 1.0:(0.5 to 0.9):(0 to 0.7):(0.4), respectively, followed by an interaction of the alcohol-alcoholate mixture with lithium and calcium, or calcium, or magnesium at the second stage at an equivalent ratio of the unsubstituted hydroxyl group : lithium : alkaline earth metal of 1.0:(0.1 to 0.9):0,5, or at an equivalent ratio of the unsubstituted hydroxyl group : lithium : alkaline earth metal of 1.0:0:0.5.

EFFECT: proposed method provides a possibility to produce target products with a high concentration of the base substance.
