FIELD: monitoring systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of controlling operation of powered support. Disclosed are a monitoring device and a method for monitoring a solid development system having a plurality of roof attachments, wherein each roof fastening includes a pressure sensor for determining pressure levels in the roof fasteners during the monitoring cycle. Pressure data are obtained for a plurality of roof fasteners. Pressure data includes pressure information for each roof fastening from a plurality of roof fasteners during a monitoring cycle. Pressure data are analyzed to determine for each roof fastening, whether failure in the first type pressure supply during the monitoring cycle occurred. A number of faults is generated, which is the number of roof fasteners defined as having failed in feeding pressure of the first type during the monitoring cycle. An alert is generated based on determining that the number of faults has exceeded the warning threshold.
EFFECT: disclosed invention provides fast detection and correction of violations in support operation.
