SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to preventive medicine. Disclosed is a method of improving physical and psychological state by conducting a complex therapy. To do this, before carrying out complex therapy, the following steps are carried out sequentially: questioning of a patient, including such questions as age, occupation, schedule, complaints; psychoemotional state determination; determination of height, weight, arterial pressure and pulse. That is followed by a complex therapy involving the following steps. For 30 minutes, indoors, performing Qigong breathing exercises combined with Tai Chi exercises, wherein the exercises are performed with a musical accompaniment with prevalence of strings, percussion or wind instruments, as well as with the aromatherapy by using the aroma lamp, the room air temperature is 20–25 °C. After performing exercises for 1–3 minutes, point massage is followed by the following biologically active points (BAP): RP-2 Da-Doo, V-60 Kun-lun, C-7 Shen-men and GI-11 Cui-Chi. That is followed by phytotherapy by taking 100–200 ml of green or herbal tea. After that thermal effect is effected by visiting the bath or sauna. It involves 3 to 7 procedures a month.

EFFECT: method provides improved physiological and psychological state of a person by using a certain sequence and step-by-step complex action.
