FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: plant incorporates an annular pontoon-rotor arranged to rotate around the central fixed tower, rotary blades running about their vertical axes, flexible con-rods linked to power converter hub designed to run around the fixed tower lengthwise axis. The said annular pontoon is submerged to below the water surface, the rotary blades are arranged between the rigid annular plates, the lower one being linked by rigid rod element to the said pontoon while the upper one is attached by horizontal flexible con-rods with the support ring arranged at the fixed tower to run around its lengthwise axis. The power converter hub is linked by horizontal flexible con-rods with the lower circular plate. The upper and lower plates are interconnected by the rod elements with their upper ends inclined towards the pontoon-rotor direction of rotation.
EFFECT: higher power conversion efficiency along with higher rigidity and strength, and lower material capacity.
