FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power generation and is designed for creation of a sea wind mill high-power generator to be used in deep sea water areas. The said generator incorporates a power converter, a circular pontoon, rotary blades, flexible tie rods. The circular pontoon is mounted to run about its vertical axis. The rotary blades can rotate about vertical axes. The flexible tie rods are linked with the circular pontoon and the power converter hub arranged rotate aligned with the circular pontoon. The power converter is arranged on a rotary platform, that is furnished with the blades arranged in water to rotate vertical axes driven by rotation drives arranged on the said platform. The rotary platform is located onto an additional pontoon arranged on the water surface so it is encircled with the circular pontoon. The additional pontoon is furnished with a vertical underwater rudder made as a rotary blade.
EFFECT: operation in deep sea water areas.
