SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Disclosed is a secure cloud computing system comprising a server receiving data from a client, wherein data is transmitted to the server in encrypted form, as well as a cloud computing service implemented on a server for computation in the client's interests, wherein the server performs calculations without resorting to data decryption, and sends the result back to the client, and the client may decrypt the result, wherein the client generates a finite set of source elements which is transformed into the set of encrypted elements using an algorithm of partially or completely homomorphic encryption, and the resulting encrypted elements belong to a finite set of source elements, and each of the encrypted elements corresponds to a single source element, wherein the original elements are converted to the encrypted elements by the first encryption algorithm with the secret key z0, consisting of n bits, for any source element and Galois field GF(2n)[x] there are n randomly generated elements a1, a2…an Galois fields, for which a0 = u- (a1z0+ a2(z0)2+…+ ad(z0)n), where p is a prime number; a0, a1…an are polynomial coefficients v = a0+ a1x + a2x2+…+ adxn, corresponding to u, and element v is encoded into u by conversion u = a0+ a1z0+ a2(z0)2+…+ ad(z0)n, wherein the encryption key used is a set of polynomial coefficients, wherein encryption is based on encrypting polynomial h(x) = ξ+ (x-λ) r(x), where r(x) is an arbitrary polynomial in the Galois field GF(2n)[x], where ξ and λ - fixed elements from Galois field GF(2n)[x].
EFFECT: technical result is providing information security in cloud computing.
