SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Wireless network node schedules use of radio resources for transmission by a mobile device over a connection between devices, namely receives from a mobile device a request for transmission resource requirements, containing at least an indication that resources are required with frequency, transmits to mobile device a destination of a first scheduling configuration for connection between devices, comprising at least indication of periodically repeating radio resources to be used for multiple moments of transmitting messages over a connection between devices, instructs the mobile device to start using periodically repeating radio resources and switches responsibility for providing radio resources for connection between devices from a network node to a target network node, so that availability of radio resources is maintained with frequency.
