FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices and methods for allocating radio resources. Invention is configured to limit the allocation of radio resources during the SC period. Many SL submissions is received. Among the SL submissions received, the number of SL submissions that were received most recently prior to the beginning of the next SC period is selected. Plurality of SL processes is associated in such a way that each of the plurality of SL processes is associated with an individual of a selected number of SL representations. Radio resources are allocated for each of the many SL processes. Each of the multiple SL transmissions contains at least one SCI transmission and at least one data transmission on the SL interface.
EFFECT: improved allocation of radio resources for the transmitting user equipment to implement direct transmissions of the direct connection via the direct connection interface to the receiving user equipment.
