SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wireless communication system, more specifically to a method and apparatus for semi-persistent scheduling for communication from a vehicle to the entire V2X. Said result is achieved by receiving, by a user device, a radio resource control (RRC) message containing a sidelink (SL) of SPS radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) for a user device, a physical downlink physical control channel (PDCCH) is received by the user device, comprising downlink control information (DCI) and associated with the SL SPS RNTI. Based on the PDCCH, the SPS SL configuration control information for the user device is determined. DCI comprises a SL SPS index field and an activation/deactivation indication field, if the DCI with cyclic redundancy check (CRC) is scrambled by the SL SPS RNTI. Initial subframe for the sidelink control (SC) period is determined based on a shift value and a subframe in which sidelink is obtained.

EFFECT: supporting multiple SPS configurations for scheduling SPS for V2X.
