FIELD: security systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of inspection frames intended for detection of explosive substances and other prohibited objects on human body in places of large accumulation of people in airports, sea and river stations, theaters, stadiums etc. places based on short-range radar ranging. Technical result is achieved by optimal arrangement on the frame of transmitting and receiving antennae, selecting the required number thereof to create an antenna field aperture, which enables to detect different types of prohibited objects by using properties of a linear MIMO system (Multiple Input – Multiple Output).
EFFECT: detection of different types of forbidden objects with minimum size and weight characteristics of the inspection system.
