SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and concerns a combined therapy of glioblastoma. That is ensured by administering an effective amount of anti-VEGF antibody bound to epitope A4.6.1 in a combination with temozolamide and radiation therapy.
EFFECT: such combined treatment prolongs the median time of overall survival as compared to treatment without the introduction of the anti-VEGF.
