Basic vehicle includes: engine(-s), sensors, processor(-s) configured to: package data read by sensors to a first unit, determine whether connection between vehicle and infrastructure is active or inactive. When determining that the connection is valid - to supplement the unit with a flag feature with TRUE value and to transfer the unit through the connection between the vehicle and the infrastructure. When determining that the connection is inactive - to complement the unit with a flag attribute with the value FALSE and transfer the unit through the connection between the vehicle.

EFFECT: facilitating translation of recognized events between servers and between vehicles using V2X.
