SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system and method for identifying a parking lot of a vehicle. Vehicle parking lot identification system comprises a computer, including a processor and memory, wherein the memory stores instructions executed by the processor to: receive a request for identifying a parking lot; issue a request response, including identification of at least one available parking spot; identify the parking spot selected from the response; collect data related to selected parking place; and update user profile based on collected data. At that, the collected data includes at least one of ambient weather conditions, parking spot coverage, accessibility of interactive payment, local traffic flow, changes of the selected parking spot, route, required stops and surrounding noise maneuvers, and wherein parking maneuvers include at least one of parallel parking, a vehicle angle after parking and number of attempts made for parking at the parking spot.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of parking a vehicle.
