FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for manufacturing information display devices on a matrix screen and can be used in devices that demonstrate changing information of any kind on the screen of the device itself, which can be used to present information in modern urban conditions, on walls and similar surfaces, on roads, for displaying dynamic advertising in sports stadiums, etc. In the process of manufacturing a light-information device, first, a package consisting of an LED array is installed on the lower housing element and control board matrix, then the perimeter of the lower and upper hull elements is combined and soldered around by means of an epoxy resin spacer with the formation of a closed box-like space, two holes are made at the ends of this housing: one for connecting a vacuum compressor, another for realizing the pouring of epoxy resin therethrough into the housing, then a vacuum is formed inside the housing and an epoxy resin is pumped in until the case volume is completely filled, after which the product is cured under a press.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the reliability of the information device when working in harsh conditions of exposure to aggressive environmental factors, with high mechanical loads.
