FIELD: means of organizing road traffic.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of organizing road traffic, for controlling road traffic at repair sites and for installation on maintenance machines. LED road sign has a base in the form of a plate consisting of front and rear aluminum panels, between which there is a polymer sheet. Plate has a milled channel corresponding to the shape and dimensions of the graphic representation of the sign pattern in which the light-emitting diodes are mounted. Light-emitting diodes are made on the basis of COB (Chip-on-Board) technology and fixed in the channel with a transparent compound, thus forming a road traffic light-emitting diode indicator. Sign of sign in form of high-intensity retroreflection film is glued over compound to front panel to form closed optical system, wherein on the front surface of the mask with a light-transmitting multi-colored paint, a field and a road sign pattern are applied.

EFFECT: technical result is high luminosity of road sign pattern, highlightability of pattern on sign mask field having closed optical system.
