FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical, chemical, medical and food industry. Device for obtaining an extract of sophora japonica under the influence of a pulsed electric field of high intensity consists of an extraction chamber of cylindrical shape with electrodes of coaxial design. Body of the apparatus and the central electrode are made from food stainless steel, the side insulating walls of the case are made of polyethylene, the high-voltage electrode is equipped with a fluoroplastic brush. Extraction process is carried out at the following parameters: pulse duration 0.2 mcs, frequency 5 imp/s, voltage amplitude 25 kV, phase ratio 1:13.
EFFECT: invention increases output of biologically active components free from impurities, increases efficiency of the process, significantly reduces extraction time.
