SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and analogue microelectronics and can be used in high-speed analogue and analogue-to-digital interfaces for processing signals of sensors. Device comprises first and second inputs of device, device output, three input transistors with combined bases, first and second bias voltage sources, three input transistors of other conductivity type with combined bases, four current mirrors, two buses of power supply source, auxiliary source of reference current, additional current mirror, four additional input transistors, three additional reference current sources, two additional sources of bias voltage.
EFFECT: creation of current threshold logic element "Nonequivalent", in which internal conversion of information is performed in current form of signals, which increases efficiency of information conversion devices.
