FIELD: radio engineering; analogue microelectronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and analogue microelectronics and can be used in high-speed analogue and analogue-digital interfaces for processing signals of sensors. Disclosed is circuit solution, providing current threshold logic element "Equivalence", in which internal conversion of information is carried out in current form of signals and result of transformation of signals is independent of transformation errors within 0.5 quantum current I0.
EFFECT: technical result is faster operation of information conversion devices.
