FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical ophthalmology. For the cornea perforation plasty by auto sclera flap, an auto sclera flap is formed by 1/2 of the scleral thickness with a visible vessel and a base to the limb. Flap is laid on the defect of the cornea and fixed by 6 sutures to the cornea with moderate tension. Sclera defect is closed by a previously separated conjunctive and a tenon capsule with fixation by two interrupted sutures.
EFFECT: method enables achieving a stable result and excluding the scleral flap displacement from the area of the ulcerous defect by fixing the sclera flap over the ulcer directly to the cornea.
