FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: method includes making a cut of the amazed cornea using a trepan at the necessary depth and fiberwise exsecting the amazed layers of a cornea, placing in the prepared bed a level-by-level donor corneal graft and fixing it by noose sutures. Over a graft an amnionic cover is stacked and covered with a level-by-level corneoscleral flap taken from back layers of a cornea and a sclera of the same donor eye after excising a level-by-level graft from it. Corneoscleral flap together with an amnionic cover is fixed to recipient eye capturing conjunctiva and episclera. The method further includes making ligation of recipient eyelids with 2-3 mattress suturers, an amnionic cover and level-by-level corneoscleral flap on the graft surface for the period of up to 15 days.

EFFECT: more reliable engraftment of a graft and cupping of inflammatory process in an eye.
