SUBSTANCE: invention represents the Brachyspira hyodysenteriae strain, deposited in the National Collection of Cultures of Microorganisms (Collection Nationale de Cultures de Microorganismes (CNCM), at the Pasteur Institute, with registration number CNCM I-4720, for use as a swine dysentery vaccine, where pig dysentery is caused by Brachyspira hyodysenteriae, and a swine dysentery vaccine composition caused by Brachyspira hyodysenteriae, including a strain according to claim 1 or all strains according to claims 1–3 in total concentration of 108 up to 109 bacteria/ml and a buffer solution.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an effective vaccine with protection against Brachyspira hyodysenteriae.
