FIELD: fodders.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to a taste-and-flavour composition for animal feed containing a mixture of esters, ketones and aldehydes. Invention also relates to liquid and solid taste-and-flavour compositions containing said taste-and-flavour mixture, to animal feedstuff containing said taste-and-flavour mixture, and to its use as an additive for young animals, in particular for pigs and cattle, during the milking period.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to improve animal performance indicators.
