FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of food industry and relates to a specialized food product with a functional orientation. Method of producing a specialized product for preventing atherosclerosis, cardiovascular diseases and correction of metabolic disorders is characterized by the fact that packages are opened and visually examined powdered glucose raw material, licorice roots (Radices Glycyrrhizae), ascorbic acid and dry pantogematogen and destroying the clotted lumps and if necessary sifting. Before use, the raw material is held in a transport container at temperature of 20–22 °C for at least 4 hours, production facilities are treated for 30 minutes with the help of disinfecting quartz lamps at temperature 22 °C and relative humidity of 75 %. Then one prepares mass for encapsulation, capsules are filled with the help of spatula, capsules are packed into containers, to remove process dust capsules are loaded onto stainless steel sieve and by circular motions dust wastes are removed, which are returned to process. Said components are taken in the following amounts, wt. %: glucose - 55, liquorice roots - 30, dry pantogematogen - 12.5, ascorbic acid - 2.5.

EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of specialized products of functional orientation and produce a product which promotes retardation of aging processes in body, correction of metabolic disorders, as well as preventing development of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases.
