SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of food industry and concerns a special purpose functional purpose food product for preventive purpose with a balanced ratio of the vitamin composition of the complex. Specialized food product contains, wt. %: rhodiola rosea roots – 77.5, dry pantohematogen – 10.0, fructose – 7.5 and ascorbic acid – 5.0. Method for producing a specialized food product, which improves immunity, body resistance to bacterial and viral infections, is characterized by the fact that one prepares weighed portions of rhodiola pink raw material, dry pantohematogen, fructose, ascorbic acid and loaded into a clean micromill. Then, mixing is carried out for 2 minutes to obtain powdered mass for filling capsules at temperature of 25 °C. Then, the capsule contents are pressed with a special sealant, the capsules are closed by pressing the spatula on the capsule bodies and the capsules are packed manually or on a semi-automatic counting-packing machine. Ready capsules are packed in plastic can with screw neck with screwed plastic cover.

EFFECT: due to the specified quantitative ratio of components, the invention allows to intensify the effectiveness of metabolic processes of the organism, to increase the immunity, as well as body resistance to bacterial and viral infections.
