FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for simulation free floating in air. Vertical aerodynamic pipe of closed recirculation type for simulation of free floating of a person in air contains air duct channels and central channel with vertical flight chamber with confusor in its base, main fans and thermal control system, which is located in upper horizontal airway channel. Thermal control system is made in the form of two symmetrically located thermal control units, each of which consists of a unit of forced supply and exhaust ventilation and a heat exchange unit. Unit of forced supply-and-exhaust ventilation is equipped with adjustable fans and is made with possibility of air exchange of inner volume of aerodynamic pipe with atmosphere. Heat exchange unit is equipped with heat exchange chambers containing a heat exchanger-radiator connected to an external refrigerating unit, built-in adjustable heat exchanger fans, and is made with possibility of influx of heated air from the upper horizontal air vent channel and outflow of cooled air back to the specified channel. Collector chambers and rotary bends are made with rigid concentric perforated partitions forming channels. Main fans are equipped with straightening blades and installed in side bypass air ducts. Electric motors of the main fans are arranged in annular casings of cowlings with exhaust branch pipes for removal of heated air to atmosphere.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of thermal control and air exchange at reduction of hydraulic losses.
