FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vertical recirculation airless closed-circuit wind tunnels. Vertical aerodynamic pipe for simulation of free floating of man in air includes air exchange system, upper and lower horizontal air ducts, two side air ducts, units of main fans, central channel with flight chamber and safety net. Aerodynamic pipe body consists of housings of separate units equipped with stiffness elements, and is arranged inside truss structure, which is installed on vibration supports containing layers of damping materials reinforced with high-strength net. Vibration-absorbing gaskets are installed between housing flanges. Air-exchange system arranged in upper horizontal airway channel includes symmetrically arranged branch pipes for supply of heated air and removal of heated air. Heated air discharge branch pipe is made in the form of a diffuser with sound-absorbing partitions, and the external air supply branch pipe is made in the form of a cylindrical part with an upper perforated section. Safety net of working chamber is equipped with system of tension cables and is made with possibility of two-stage elastic damping at falling of user by means of breaking elements installed inside springs.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at reduction of vibration and noise level.
