SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to a device and a method for ultrasonic cleaning. The device contains an ultrasound generator, a control unit to which a water turbidity change control unit, a water temperature change control unit and a cleaning filter are connected. The control outputs of the control unit are connected to the circulation pump, water heater, ultrasound generator, filling pump, control valve block and drum drive. The control valve block is configured to distribute water flows. The ultrasound generator is configured to create cavitation in the volume of water in the chamber in the washing mode, and in the squeezing and drying mode with the possibility of drying the material immersed in the chamber. In the washing mode, the circulation pump is configured to circulate water through the hydraulic connections from the chamber through the turbidity meter to the cleaning filter, then to the control valve block, the circulation pump and back to the chamber. The inlet pump is configured to pump water from the water tank into the chamber in the washing mode and back in the spin and dry mode. The control unit is configured to stop the washing mode when the water turbidity values ​​in the turbidity comparison unit become equal to or less than the threshold values, and turn on the spin and dry mode.
