FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to investigation of structure of materials and method of spectral laser scanning of composite materials in accordance with optical density of its matrix and composite components. Method is carried out in complete darkness and consists in sequential radiation of composite material with a battery of lasers with different radiation frequency and separate recording of the diffraction pattern and spectral resonance for each laser in accordance with the spatial structure of the analysed sample. Diffraction is recorded for passing and reflected laser radiation. Further, by imposing fixed diffraction results and local spectral resonance, obtaining a primary pattern of the structure of the composite material for each laser radiation frequency. Obtained images for each laser irradiation are generalized with reference to the entire line of frequency radiation from 100 nm to 3000 nm and correlate the nature of the spectral resonance in the volume of each material with the physical and chemical properties of the given class of composite materials.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the possibility of determining the structure of composite material without its destruction.
