FIELD: distillery industry; methods of production of ethanol.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to distillery industry. The method provides for: evaporation of the alcohol from the distillers beer in the beer column with transformation of the ethyl alcohol and the associated impurities into the beer distillate together with the vapor from this column; purification of the beer distillate from the light and intermediate impurities including components of the fusel oils in the epuration column operating according to the method of hydroselection. After that they realize the rectification of the epurate in the alcohol column with the draw of the fusel-oil, the fusel alcohol and the unpasteurized alcohol; distillation of the light and intermediate impurities of the ethyl alcohol in the accelerating column. Ethanol is subjected to the follow-up purification from the organic acids and other tail fractions by withdrawal of the continuous distillation water from the epuration column still. The epurate is being withdrawn from the liquid phase of the plates of middle area of the evaporation part of this column. The fractions from the condensers of the beer, alcohol and methanol columns, from the condenser of the separator of carbon dioxide and alcohol separator boxes are fed onto the plates of the upper part of the acceleration column. The fusel alcohol fraction fraction from the alcohol column and the hot water for hydroselection are fed onto the upper plate of the middle part of the acceleration column; the vapor is being withdrawn from the vapor space of this plate and directed into the first dephlegmator of the accelerating column, where the light and intermediate impurities are concentrated, the concentrate of which is picked out from the first condenser of the accelerating column. The remained vapor is used for heating of the upper part of the accelerating column, on the plates of which and in the second dephlegmator the methanol and the light impurities are concentrated and the concentrate is picked out from the second capacitor of the accelerating column. From the liquid phase on the lower plates of the upper part of the accelerating column withdraw the concentrate of the intermediate impurities. The fraction from the condenser of the epuration column directed into the middle part of the accelerating colomn. The water layer of the liquid from the fusel-washer and hydroselection water are fed onto the upper plate of the lower part of the acceleration colomn. The fusel oil fraction lead out the vapor space of upper plate of the lower part of the accelerating colomn. The residue liquid of the accelerating column is directed onto the upper plate of the epuration column. The invention allows to gain the rectified alcohol of the better quality with the smaller charges for its production.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the rectified alcohol of the better quality with the smaller charges for its production.
